Workforce TNA makes it easy to replicate rosters across weeks, saving time and ensuring consistency. Whether you're copying last week's schedule or duplicating a newly created one, there are two simple methods to do this.
Option 1: Load from Previous Week
Use this method if you want to reuse the schedule from the previous week.
Steps:
- Go to Scheduling.
- Filter the relevant department or lookups.
- Click Import/Copy.
- Choose Load from Previous.
- The shift times from last week will be populated in the current week.
- Adjust any shifts as needed.
✅ This is ideal for recurring weekly rosters with minor changes.
Option 2: Duplicate to Another Week
Use this method if you’ve just finished creating a roster and want to copy it to a future week.
Steps:
- Load the Previous Pay Period that was successful and you wish to duplicate from.
- Click Import/Copy.
- Select Duplicate.
- Choose the target week in the dropdown box you want to copy the schedule to.
- Click Save to confirm.
✅ This is perfect for planning ahead or replicating a custom schedule.
💡 Tips
- Always review the copied schedule to ensure it aligns with current staff availability and any changes in roles or responsibilities.
- Use Custom Lookups to filter and assign shifts more accurately after copying.
- If needed, use the Reset Shifts option to clear and reassign shifts.
