Adding Personal Details in Workforce TNA
Overview
Once an employee profile has been created in Workforce TNA, you can add additional personal information such as phone number, email address, contact details, and emergency contact information.
Important Notes
- Email Address: For Employees to utilize the Workforce TNA Application or any Employee Portal options they have to have an Email Address.
- PaySync Integration: If you’re using PaySync, employee personal details will automatically sync from your payroll application to Workforce TNA.
- Employee Access: Employees can update their own personal information through the My Workforce TNA mobile app.
How to Add Personal Details
- Navigate to Employees in the main menu.
- Select the Personal tab.
- Enter or update the following information:
- Contact Information (Phone, Email, Address)
- Emergency Contact Information
- Click Save to apply your changes.
