The Exceptions dashboard item shows all the outstanding exceptions from the Pay Period selected. The Exceptions in this view are defined by the daily rules configured for the employees' shifts.
Notes:

The current pay period shows initially, however, you can cycle to previous pay periods too.
- You can toggle between departments to view only employee's associated with that department.

You can define the number of entries to view on load of this dashboard item. Your selection will be remembered next time you log in too.

You can search for any of the data viewable, eg: Employee's Name, Exception Type, Payroll Number etc.

The employee's name links to their timesheet for that pay period for you to then deal with the Exception.
- You can select the View Report icon in the exceptions widget to take you directly to the Exceptions Report.
To view exceptions from the dashboard, follow these steps:
- Logging to Workforce should load the dashboard by default, however, you can select the Home tab to load the dashboard.
- Scroll down to Exceptions
- If required change the department and pay period and select update.
If you wish to browse directly to the Exceptions report select View Report.
