Connecting Paysync to Aussie Time Sheets

Connecting your Aussie Time Sheets attendance software to Paysync is the first step in the payroll integration process. This article will cover how to connect PaySync to the three available time and attendance programs.

 

Connecting Paysync with WorkforceTNA/Enterprise:

  1. Log in to Paysync (paysync.com.au).
  2. Go to Settings > Time and Attendance.
  3. Select the Application tab.
  4. Select Workforce TNA from the drop-down.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Go to Settings > API Key.
  7. Click Show API Key.
  8. Copy the API Key, ensuring you don't accidentally include any spaces on either side.
  9. Log in to your Workforce TNA software.
  10. Go to System Settings > Payroll Settings.
  11. Under Payroll Type, select Paysync from the dropdown menu.
  12. Under Paysync Settings, paste the API Key from Paysync in the Authorisation Key field.
  13. Scroll down and click Save Payroll Settings.

Your Paysync account is now connected with Workforce TNA.

Connecting Paysync with ATS Premier:

  1. Log in to Paysync (paysync.com.au).
  2. Go to Settings > Time and Attendance.
  3. Select the Application tab.
  4. Select Premier from the drop-down.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Go to Settings > API Key.
  7. Click Show API Key.
  8. Copy the API Key, ensuring you don't accidentally include any spaces on either side.
  9. Log in to your ATS Premier software.
  10. Go to System Settings > Payroll Settings.
  11. Under Payroll Type, select Paysync from the dropdown menu.
  12. Under Paysync Settings, paste the API Key from Paysync in the Authorisation Key field.
  13. Scroll down and click Save Payroll Settings.

Your Paysync account is now connected with ATS Premier.

  1. Log in to Paysync (paysync.com.au).
  2. Go to Settings > Time and Attendance.
  3. Select the Application tab.
  4. Select Premier from the drop-down.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Go to Settings > API Key.
  7. Click Show API Key.
  8. Copy the API Key, ensuring you don't accidentally include any spaces on either side.
  9. Log in to your ATS Basic software.
  10. Go to Setup > General.
  11. Payroll Settings.
  12. Select Paysync from the Payroll Type drop-down.
  13. Paste the API Key from Paysync into the Authorisation Key field.
  14. Click Save.

Your Paysync account is now connected with ATS Basic.
