Time and Hour Format Settings

This article will show you how to configure your Workforce TNA systems Time Format and Hour Format settings.

You can adjust the time format to display in either a 12-hour format (03:00am, 03:00pm) or in 24-hour format (03:00, 15:00).

And you can adjust the hour format to display in either Hours: Minutes (07:36 mins) or Hours: Hundredths of Hours (07.60 hrs.)

Notes:

• Time Format will change the time format of clocking times on timesheets.
• Time Format will change the time format on reports.
• Hours Format will change the hour format on timesheets.
• Hours Format will change the hour format on reports.

To configure the Time Format and Hour Format, follow these steps:

1. Click SYSTEM SETTINGS to expand the menu options.
2. Click GENERAL to open the general settings page.
3. Under Time Format select either:
   • 12hr
   • 24hr
4. Under Hour Format select either
   • Hours: Minutes (e.g. 07:36 mins)
   • Hours: Hundredths of Hours (e.g. 07.60 hrs.)
5. Click SAVE GENERAL.
