The leave tab within the employee profile is where you specify how much leave is accrued per pay week for the employee as well as manage the employee's current leave balances.
Notes:
- The leave tab is a useful way for the admin to check how much leave an employee has accrued currently.
- Balance Effective Date and Initial Balance are used to calculate Today's Balance and Balance after future approved leave.
It will use the initial balance and the weekly accruals to predict how much leave you will have Today. -
Leave Accruals and Balances can be imported via our import tool.
To edit employee leave accruals and balances, follow these steps. :
- Click EMPLOYEES
- Click the Leave Tab
- Input leave accruals per week
- Input current leave balances
- Click SAVE
